1.Unhappy with Your Purchase:
If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to request a refund or return, please contact us at orders@thebloomroomtsv.com within the same day of the purchase. We will do our best to address your concerns promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
– The request is made within the same day of the purchase.
– The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
– The product does not match the description provided.
3. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

b. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions.
4. Refund Process:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
– All orders placed before noon will be delivered on the same day, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
– Orders placed after noon will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.
– We currently only offer delivery within Townsville and its surrounding areas.
– Please provide accurate delivery information to ensure a smooth delivery process.
6. Delivery Exceptions:
No deliveries will be made on Sundays and public holidays. Orders placed on these days will be processed and delivered on the next business day.
